3.1 The Committee held an introductory session with Shan Morgan, the new Permanent Secretary at the Welsh Government.

3.2 The Permanent Secretary agreed to consider the challenges digitalisation will bring and would report back with her views.

4.1 The Committee took evidence from John Howells, Director of Housing and Ian Williams, Deputy Director (Sector Development), Welsh Government as part of its inquiry into Regulatory oversight of Housing Associations.
